Track a FedEx shipment from China

Enter the FedEx number from your shipping notice. We open FedEx's own tracking page and 17TRACK, and explain below what each status means for a shipment from China.

Tracking opens on 17TRACK, which covers DHL, UPS, FedEx and 1,000+ carriers. For XINTING waybill numbers, message your coordinator for a live status.

What the number looks like

FedEx Express tracking numbers usually have 12 digits; FedEx Ground uses 15, and some services use 20 or 22. They contain digits only.

Example: 123456789012

Where to find it

On the shipping notice or delivery details your coordinator sends, on the FedEx label on each carton, and in the Amazon shipment details for FBA deliveries.

FAQ

Who pays duties when a FedEx express shipment is held in customs?

Usually the receiver pays import duties and taxes on express shipments, and FedEx may contact them before releasing the parcel. Tell us the destination and goods and we'll confirm what applies.

My FedEx number has 12 digits but isn't found. Why?

A new label can take a few hours to appear, and air freight is only handed to FedEx after customs clearance at destination. If it still isn't found the next day, send us the number to check.
