- The CBM calculator adds up your cartons and shows the chargeable weight by air (÷ 6,000), by express (÷ 5,000) and the freight tons for LCL sea freight. Use it before asking for a quote, so the quote matches the final bill.

- The import duty calculator reads the duty rate for your HS code from the official tariff of the UK, the EU, the USA or China, adds import VAT or GST on the right customs value, and gives the landed cost before local charges.

FAQ
How do I calculate CBM for a shipment?
Multiply length × width × height of one carton in centimetres, divide by 1,000,000, then multiply by the number of cartons. For example, 50 cartons of 50 × 40 × 30 cm are 0.06 CBM each, 3 CBM in total.
Do I pay for actual weight or volumetric weight?
Whichever is greater, for air freight and express. Sea freight LCL is charged on the greater of the volume in CBM and the weight in tonnes.
Which countries does the duty calculator look up automatically?
The United Kingdom, EU countries, the United States, and China for imports. For other destinations it links the official tariff and adds the standard import VAT or GST, so you can read the duty rate there.
How do I track my shipment from China?
Enter the carrier tracking number on our tracking page; it opens 17TRACK, which covers DHL, UPS, FedEx and more than 1,000 carriers. For XINTING waybill numbers, message your coordinator for the live status and ETA.
